Communication
Communication
Communication between home and school is very important. Staff will contact parents/guardians as soon as they have a concern with academic progress, or any other areas. Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher if you have concerns as well. Two-way communication provides a strong foundation for student success.
A variety of communication tools will be used to discuss your child’s academic and social progress and any challenges they may be facing, including home communication books, computer programs like Google Classroom, telephone, or e-mail.
In addition, please provide an email address to the school office if you would like to receive the school newsletter or other important notices via email. Addresses are kept confidential and messages sent to you come directly from the school principal or administrative assistant.
Levack Public School’s Facebook page and website will bring our school into your home, keeping you informed about upcoming events throughout the school year. Please visit regularly for updates and school news.
As part of Levack Public School’s commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, you are invited to provide feedback to your child’s teachers about his/her learning and progress.
